- Klaviyo Expert & Consultant · AUSTRALIA
Hi, I'm Amy,
Klaviyo expert & consultant.
I make Klaviyo make sense.
I’m a Klaviyo certified specialist based in Melbourne, working with eCommerce founders across Australia and globally since 2018. If email marketing has been sitting on your to-do list for too long, you’re in the right place.
Specialist
How I got here
From Va to Klaviyo Specialist - here's the truth!
I didn’t start out as an email marketing expert. In 2018 I launched Sync Savvy Digital as a virtual assistant business, helping small business owners with the tech, systems and admin tasks that were eating their time.
I’m a mum, I know what it’s like to run a business around a busy life, and I built mine the same way my clients were building theirs. Figuring it out as I went, getting good at the things that actually moved the needle.
By 2021, one thing kept coming up with every eCommerce client I worked with: Klaviyo. It was either set up badly, barely touched, or not set up at all, and the revenue gap was obvious. I made the decision to go all-in and specialise entirely in Klaviyo. Best decision I ever made.
As one of Australia’s most experienced Klaviyo experts, I’ve worked with brands at every stage. From founders sending their first welcome email to established names like Birkenstock Australia, and built a reputation for making Klaviyo simple, strategic, and actually profitable for product-based businesses. HOW I work
My approach, in case you're wondering what you're actually getting
I don’t just do the work and disappear. I want you to understand what’s happening in your account and why. because that’s what actually builds long-term results.
I start by understanding your business
Before I touch your Klaviyo account I want to understand your products, your customers, your goals and what’s already working. Every strategy is built around your business, not a template.
I explain everything as I go
Education-first is non-negotiable for me. You’ll always know what I’m doing, why I’m doing it, and what to expect. No black boxes, no jargon for the sake of it. If you want to learn, I’ll teach you. If you just want it done, I’ll do it and debrief you properly.
I only take on work I can deliver
I’m straight-talking about what’s realistic. If I don’t think I can help you, I’ll tell you. If there’s a better solution for your situation (even if it’s not me) I’ll point you in the right direction.
Is this you?
Who I work best with
I work with eCommerce founders and product-based business owners at every stage, across Australia and globally. Unlike generalist email marketers or agencies, I operate exclusively as a Klaviyo consultant and expert. My sweet spot is the founder who knows email marketing matters but hasn’t had the time, confidence or support to do it properly.
- You sell physical products online and use (or want to use) Klaviyo
- You’re serious about growing your revenue from email, not just ticking a box
- You want someone who’ll be straight with you about what’s working and what isn’t
- You’re time-poor and want one of Australia’s top Klaviyo experts to either handle it or teach you properly
- You’ve tried DIY-ing Klaviyo and hit a wall
Not the right fit?
I specialise exclusively in Klaviyo for eCommerce. If you’re a service business, B2B, or using a different email platform and not planning to switch, I’m probably not your person. But I’d rather be honest up front than waste your time.

Outside of work
A little bit about the person behind the business
Because you’re not just hiring a Klaviyo expert or consultant, you’re working with a real person. Here’s a bit of who that is.
Mum first, business owner second
I’m a mum, which means I genuinely get the juggle. I built this business around my family and I work with a lot of founders doing exactly the same thing. There’s no judgement here for a 6pm email or a call rescheduled because of school pick-up. We’re all just doing our best.
Genuinely obsessed with automation

Melbourne through and through
Based in Melbourne, although I work with clients across Australia and globally. I’m a coffee snob (obviously), love a good farmers market, and firmly believe that a well-organised system is one of life’s great pleasures. My clients tend to agree — eventually.
Straight-talking, always
I don’t do fluff. If something isn’t working I’ll tell you. If there’s a faster or better way to get to your goal, I’ll say so even if it means less work for me. I’d rather have clients who trust me completely than clients who think I’m just telling them what they want to hear.
Common questions
A few things people always ask
Honest answers, no fluff.
It starts with a free consultation. No pressure, just a conversation about where you’re at and what you need. If we’re a good fit, we’ll agree on the scope of work and I’ll send you a clear proposal. If you’re not sure what you need, I’ll complete an audit of your account and provide recommendations. From there, we set up simple communication (usually email or Trello), and I keep you updated throughout. I always explain what I’m doing and why, so you’re never in the dark about your own account. At the end of the project, I do a full handover so you know exactly how everything works.
Not at all! I work with clients across Australia and globally. Everything is done remotely, which means you get access to a specialist without being limited by location. I’ve worked with brands in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, regional Australia, and internationally. As long as you have Klaviyo and an internet connection, we can work together.
Not necessarily. If you have a product, an online store and you’re ready to start building your email list, it’s actually the perfect time to set Klaviyo up properly from the start rather than trying to fix a mess later. That said, if your business is very early stage and budget is tight, a training session is a great starting point. I’ll be straight with you in our consultation about which option makes the most sense for where you are.
Ready to meet properly?
A free consultation is the easiest first step. We’ll chat about your business, your Klaviyo situation, and whether (and how) I can help. No pressure.
